Mystery Tradesman’s Tricycle

Any ideas? Here’s Dave’s email:

Hi Colin

I hope you don’t mind me contacting you like this.
I have looked on your website, and it seems you know a lot about vintage bikes.
I have got this butchers/cargo bike ( see forwarded pics ) there are no manufacturer marks and former investigations seem to have drawn a blank.
Wondered if you have any views on the year, valuation, manufacturer etc, as I am looking to fully refurbish it. As you can see I think it is a unique steering mechanism, I feel it may be a one off and would value your opinion.

Thank you for taking the trouble to read my email.
In anticipation of your response

Dave Roberts
